Year 10 PDHPE

Year 10 PDHPE students explore the concept of respectful relationships through the unit ‘The Power of Us.’ Students also develop key skills, including help-seeking strategies, support mechanisms, responding to danger and social engagement.

 In practical lessons, students engage in a range of practical activities that focus on the analysis of movement to enhance the performance of themselves and others. 

Students also explore the concept of lifelong physical health and physical activity in order to maintain and develop health in everyday life.
